PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Sometimes with the volume of orders we receive, we are unable to fulfill the order in the estimated time. If this happens, we will attempt to notify you of the delay. While we make every attempt to avoid delays we do not guarantee delivery dates.

ITEM PRICING AND PRICING ERRORS
We work hard to provide you with the most accurate, up-to-date pricing. The price of our products is based on the latest market values of metals and precious stones. Being the direct manufacturer of the jewelry you are purchasing, we offer the most competitive manufacturer-direct pricing. On average, you can save up to 50%. The average market price for the item is crossed off next to your price on every item page for information purposes only. 
Our prices are subject to change without notice. Items in your shopping cart and Wish list will always reflect the most recent price displayed on the item's product detail page. This price may differ from the price shown for the item when you first placed it in your cart. Placing an item in your cart or Wish list doesn't reserve the price shown at that time.  In case of a pricing error on the website, we reserve a right, at our discretion, to either contact you to discuss possible options or cancel the order and notify you if the order has been canceled. If we have already shipped your order, you agree to either return the product to us or pay the difference between the actual and charged prices.

OTHER ERRORS AND INACCURACIES 
We strive to insure that all our weights and measurements are as accurate as possible.  Some products may appear bigger or smaller than their actual size in the pictures. Some colors may look slightly different due to different monitors being used. The total carat gets weight or size may be off by 0.25mm or 0.05 carats.

ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. 

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers, and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
